Louie and Moira Sketch

Nice characters! I like how they both have that Victorian feel but still modern day.

I think she doesn't look like a child compared to him, its just they are not the correct size to each other. His head is much larger than hers so it makes him seem bigger and therefore her more like a child though she lacks child characteristics. Whenever I draw two people that are suppose to both be adults I make sure their heads are the same size first and foremost - that helps determine the rest of the proportions and keeps it looking correct.
